Dean Herman, Ph.D. is a management consultant
and licensed psychologist. Through his work,
he has promoted the professional development
of thousands of executives, senior business
leaders and their teams in organizations such
as Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, Toyota,
Agilent Technologies, Bertelsmann AG, Siebel
Systems, LG Life Sciences and McKinsey & Company.
Working with leaders privately as well as in
groups, Dr. Herman consults and trains on a
wide variety of complex leadership and interpersonal
challenges. He has consulted both locally and globally, including
in London, Lyon, Barcelona, Warsaw, Beijing
and Singapore and has worked with leaders from
over 30 different countries.
Dr. Herman has also successfully mediated hundreds of highly contentious disputes and is passionate about this aspect of his work.
