Differences from the Full Tri-Module Program

First Module:

• Fewer assessment tools and a briefer (2 to 4 page) Program Report.

  • 360-degree survey is still included.
    
  • The most crucial information is still collected and reported.

• One rather than two meetings for integration of Report findings and further insights.
  However:
  
  • There is sufficient time for the communication and understanding of the most essential findings.
    
  • Time is still allotted for designing the key components of a development plan.

Third Module:

• Three rather than eight telephonic meetings for development plan implementation.
  However:
  
  • This still allows enough time for development plan fine-tuning.
    
  • This is sufficient to ensure a powerful launch of the leadership transformation process.
