Core Offerings
We provide leadership training not just by means of the Tri-Module and Condensed Programs, but also through group trainings. Our two core offerings are:

• Leading with Passion: How to Unblock Emotional Obstacles to Greater Success: In this three-hour seminar, we show what truly passionate leadership is and its immense personal and organizational benefits. Most importantly, we focus on the many emotional obstacles to passionate leadership and how to effectively overcome them to attain this heightened level of leading.
  
  Outcome: Attendees will leave with numerous tools and techniques they can begin applying immediately to bring greater passion to their own work and to their teams.
  

• Leading through Inspiration: How to Truly Galvanize Your Team: The most effective and evolved leaders are both inspired and inspirational. In this three hour seminar, we explain the elements of inspirational leadership and how to be inspiring even, and especially, under dire circumstances such as severe financial challenge and organizational downsizing.
  
  Outcome: Attendees will be provided with a number of specific tools for implementing an inspirational approach to leadership.
