The Tri-Module Leadership Transformation Program

A Program Engineered for Definitive Leadership Growth
We have devised our own unique program of leadership development. The program is systematic, precise and powerful. It is based on a one-to-one confidential consulting relationship. We call it the Tri-Module Leadership Transformation Program as it entails a process of transformation that unfolds across three sequential modules.

Not Just Executive Coaching
The Tri-Module Program includes the standard elements of a conventional coaching program – but goes far beyond just that. In its depth of content, precision of focus and in the logic of its three modules, it provides a 10-month experience that is intensive yet exhilarating in the success it fosters.

First Module – Investigation of Strengths and Obstacles
The first program module is the assessment, or investigation, phase. Here, we collect crucial information by:

  • Interviewing the leader with whom we are working and identifying goals and career vision;
  • Collecting 360-degree, multi-rater feedback from peers, managers, direct reports and others; and
  • Administering and culling data from carefully selected, sophisticated psychological assessment tools that are only available to licensed psychologists.

The collected body of data is rich in content. It provides the fuel for the self-understanding that is key to effective and sustained behavioral change.

Module Deliverable: A confidential 6 to 8 page Tri-Module Program Report that provides a roadmap to clients for understanding their personality. It includes both key strengths and core obstacles to greater success.

Second Module – Gaining Insight
The second module is the integration, or insight, phase. Here, the new possibilities raised in the Report breed excitement which catalyzes the leadership transformation process. This module consists of two private 90-minute meetings between the consultant and client during which the following occurs:

  • The Tri-Module Program Report is discussed in depth and integrated with the client’s self-understanding.
  • The consultant demonstrates how the identified strengths can be leveraged for greater career success and satisfaction.
  • The consultant identifies steps for the client towards freedom from old, limiting patterns.
  • The client, with the consultant’s guidance and based on the Program Report, establishes specific leadership goals.

Module Deliverable: A highly personalized development plan that specifies the client’s development goals and the means of achieving them.

Third Module – Transformation
The third and last module is the implementation, or transformation, phase. This is the most rewarding phase because it is here that the developmental possibilities become realities and tangible, positive results are achieved. During this phase:

  • The client implements the specific behaviors and other development activities identified in the development plan.
  • The consultant telephonically meets with the client monthly over a period of eight months to:
    • Ensure fulfillment of the development objectives;
    • Fine-tune the development plan as necessary; and
    • Provide strategic and tactical support to the client in successfully meeting the many challenges encountered in leadership transformation.
  • Results are achieved and documented.

Module Deliverable: Substantial improvement in those leadership behaviors identified in the development plan, as documented in a supplemental 360-degree survey completed within the final two months of the Program.
