The Quadrapotent Leadership Survey™ (QLS)
The QLS collects confidential, 360-degree feedback on leadership performance from managers, direct reports, peers and others. It was crafted to measure leaders’ demonstrated skill level in using the Four Powers™ and other leadership competencies as assessed across 44 leadership behaviors. The QLS is anonymously administered online, with automated scoring and reporting. The printed report graphically displays the results including the written comments of the raters. The QLS is included with the Power Optimization Program™ and is also available separately.
